Tax Department excel issue "MICROSOFT HAS BLOCKED MACROS"

Description

When you download an Excel file from the Tax Department, Microsoft blocks the macros included in the file.

Resolution

Right-click the Excel file and select Properties (see attached screenshot 1). Then tick the Unblock box (see attached screenshot 2).
