How to Use Teamviewer QuickSupport


Steps

  1. Click on the following link https://www.teamviewer.com/en/info/quicksupport/




  2. Navigate and click "Download QuickSupport"



  3. On your computer’s download folder, open the QuickSupport app


  4. You should now be able to see "Your ID" and "Password"



  5. Please copy and paste them inside your ticket.



Please have in mind the following:

In case teamviewer does not provide an ID and it only shows a " - " that means you have no internet connection.


Because TeamViewer QuickSupport is an application that runs only when needed, it’s not installed on your computer and doesn’t require administrator-level access.
