How to Use Teamviewer QuickSupport
Steps
- Click on the following link https://www.teamviewer.com/en/info/quicksupport/
- Navigate and click "Download QuickSupport"
- On your computer’s download folder, open the QuickSupport app
- You should now be able to see "Your ID" and "Password"
- Please copy and paste them inside your ticket.
Please have in mind the following:
In case teamviewer does not provide an ID and it only shows a " - " that means you have no internet connection.
Because TeamViewer QuickSupport is an application that runs only when needed, it’s not installed on your computer and doesn’t require administrator-level access.
